After H&F had done a few framing jobs for us, we’d go nowhere else. Very helpful and sensitive staff — everyone seems to have a good eye for color and for frames that complement a picture (rather than overwhelm it). They’re also more than willing to accommodate your particular needs… like when we came in with a bunch of frames we’d inherited and wanted to use. When the matt that came with one broke, they found a closely matching matt of better quality and used it without charging us.

Hope and Feathers is such a lovely space. I recently purchased a poster off Etsy to be downloaded and printed for the first time. The staff was so sweet and helped show me what I was looking for, even when I didn’t have a clue. The image came out lovely and was very reasonably priced.

I would hands down recommend this business to anyone is the western mass area.

Such a great shop! Live doing business with these bright and energetic folks! Had 7 pieces of various sizes framed and employed their omukase service (where I gave them artistic freedom to mat and frame the pieces as they see fit) As an artist myself, I find it great to let others do what they feel.
